Giant Eagle, a Pittsburgh-based supermarket chain, approached us with a problem: while customers relied on their stores for the weekly 'big shop,' they were turning to other food sources during weeknights when they needed quick meal options. In this service design project with Giant Eagle, my team and I explored how the company could leverage its existing capabilities to compete more effectively in the meal solutions market.

Over the course of seven weeks, we set out to design an innovative meal solution for Pittsburgh area residents, aiming to address unmet needs and redefine the relationship between Giant Eagle and its customers.
